"!! Make no refunds known!!"

Always enjoyed looking round this shop but when I went to return an item the staff member was quite rude, I think the shop needs to make it clear that you cannot return items, the lady didn’t even double check if we knew the item wasn’t correct just when I said “I’d like to refund this as it’s not right” replied “well no” in quite a hard tone and said “we don’t take refunds I’ll give you a credit note” - this should be made known that you cannot refund!.
